How It Started

Natalia Paliyenko Photography started more than 10 years ago when my father first introduced me to a camera. He taught me the basics, and showed me how to find the perfection in simple moments, and to chase the light!

I picked the camera back up when I gave birth to my son, and it opened my heart to wanting to photograph big moments for everyone. I then fell in love with photographing weddings, and how it’s the happiest day - seeing family from afar, words of love being spoken out loud, laughter, and dancing as though they are the only ones in the room. It’s all really magical, and I am just honored to be able to capture it.

A Little More…

Originally from the Ukraine, I now live in Maine with my child.. When I’m not at a wedding, you’ll find me exploring secret spots, learning to play piano, or hanging out with the best kiddo in the world, scootering everywhere, chasing florals, and petting dogs.
